You earn Honeycombs (points) for activities such as signing up to our Newsletter or following our social media accounts and you can use these Honeycombs for special rewards like exclusive discounts or limited edition products.

You earn Honeycombs every time you shop on our website, and on a variety of activities such as following our social media accounts or referring friends. To see all the ways you can earn Honeycombs, check the "Earn Honeycombs" section on this page!

Once you’re logged into your account, go to the “Rewards” section. If you have enough Honeycombs, you can exchange them for rewards.

Approved: Ready to use for rewards.

Pending: Your Honeycombs are awaiting verification. Typical for recent purchases and referrals.

Cancelled: Not added to your account, for example when a purchase is cancelled.

After making a purchase, it takes 14 days for the Honeycombs to be approved and be available on your account.

No! Signing up and joining The Hive is 100% free!

You just have to create an account on the Honeybalm website. Don't worry, this doesn't sign you up to any email list. If you want to join our Newsletter, you can sign up for this separately.

As soon as you sign up and log into your account, any order you place earns you Honeycombs. You can exchange these for limited edition products, special accessoires or exclusive discounts up to 20%.

And that's not all! From the beginning you'll be part of any double point promotions and if you enter your Birthday, you'll receive a special gift on that special day. As you spend more on our website, you'll receive more and more benefits such as early access to new products or even take a seat in the Honeybalm Product Council and have a say in what's next for Honeybalm!

Yes, they do. A year after you've received them, your Honeycombs will expire. But don't worry! You'll be notified two weeks before this happens in case you want to spend them.

When the friend you referred makes a purchase on our website, your Honeycombs will be added to your account after 7 days.

There are three different tiers in The Hive; Bumblebee, Honeybee and Queen Bee.

The more you spend on our website, the higher the tier you're in. As you grow in The Hive, you'll unlock increasingly exciting and exclusive benefits such as early access to new products or a place in the Honeybalm Product Council where you get a say in what's next for Honeybalm.

If you're signed up to our mailing list, you'll be notified via email when we have a double point promotion running.

In case you don't want to be signed up to the mailing list, we will make sure to notify everyone through our Social Media channels as well.

If you're signed up to our mailing list, you'll be notified via email when early access opens for a new product, or when the Honeybalm Birthday Sale starts for The Hive.
